Update (Nov 10, 2009): Sorry everyone that haven't gotten your checks yet. We found a problem at the postal area that the envelopes were dropped off at. Seems as though lots of mail, including some of ours, was jammed in the outside drop off box. I had them open it because of the delay we had experienced. That is when they found all the mail. They have since sent them out, so those that haven't gotten them yet, should be getting them soon. We have found a few that the addresses didn't get updated in our database, we have gotten one back so far and that one took almost 30 days to get back to us. So we are always checking the PO box for returns and will contact those people if we get them. Again sorry if you are one of the unlucky few and you should see them very soon. We just knew this year was going to smoothly.
Update (Oct 14, 2009): Checks have been mailed out on Oct 5th and the Scratch Masters a few days after that. So please give them a few weeks to arrive especially with the holiday and weekends. We will also check the PO box once a week for anything that gets returned (returns take a while to come back also). If any come back we will contact those people and have them resent out again, sorry for any delays there might be.
Update (Sep 23, 2009): Thanks for everyone for a great success. We have gotten nothing but praise from Sam's Town Hotel about how nice our tournament was and that it could almost run itself. They said the people were very nice and didn't seem to have any problems. So big applause to you all and hope you all come back again next year. The hotel contract has already been signed for next year and they are going to keep the room pricing the same as it was this year, we should have our group code up soon for those that want to reserve soon, so be on the watch out for it.

Update (Aug 28, 2009): Entries are now closed. Thanks for all your interest and glad you will all be here next weekend. We finally ended up with 200 people that will be at our tournament this year...... thank you all. Let's have fun!!!!
Update (Jun 6, 2009): Less than 3 months before the tournament and only 2 months left to get your room reservations at Sam's Town under our discount. Other people have made their reservations so don't wait until the last minute and lose out.
Update (Jun 6, 2009): The verify your entry page has now been updated with those that have submitted there entries, please check it out.
Update (Apr 30, 2009): We now have the room reservation code. Please see the host hotel page for further info and pricing. Book early, only 100 rooms are being held at the price. Also this price will end Aug 4, 2009.
Update (Apr 12, 2009): We have now decided to post the entry form on the entry form page for those that want to print it out and then mail it in instead of using our online entry forms.
Update (Apr 9, 2009): For those that don't know about Sam's Town (Boyd Gaming), they have lots of things to do there, please click on the link for them above. They also own a lot of properties here in Las Vegas, to include Suncoast, The Orleans, Gold Coast, Main Street Station, Fremont Hotel, California Hotel and also now constructing the new Echelon. They have a free shuttle (check it out here) that is constantly running between Sam's Town, the strip (Harrah's/Riviera) and their downtown properties.
Update (Apr 4, 2009): The site has now been updated with more information and you can now fill in your entries online. The host hotel page is available, but we are still awaiting the discount booking code and will post it within the next few days.
Registration: This year we are only taking online apps, we will not mail out entry forms. But you still have the option to pay for your entries online through Paypal on the payment options page or you can still mail in a check with a copy of the eMail of the entry form that the system will send to you after your entry has been successfully submitted.
Update (Apr 3, 2009): There has been a lot of rumors if we are having a tournament this year or not and the answer is YES WE ARE!! We have been working on a contract and we are signing a contract with Sam's Town Hotel & Casino and will bowl there this year. We have also dropped the price of the main entry by $5.00. The main entry will now be $90 per person.
Update (Feb 15, 2009): We are currently obtaining quotes from Gold Coast, South Point and Sam's Town Bowling Centers and will determine soon were it will be held this year.
