Click On link below that matches how many entries that you will be filling out; this will take you to the proper form to fill out and submit to the tournament secretary. You then will have to proceed to the payment page with the link at the bottom of the page or the link at the top of the page, unless you are going to mail in your payment. If you want to mail it in, then print out the email that the system will send you back Once the secretary and treasurer show that everything has been completed properly, the secretary will send the team captain (or individuals if appropriate) an email to let you know everything is ok. You can also check the web page in a few days to verify your entry has been accepted. ONLINE ENTRIES
